Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing initial rhinoplasty with autogenous costal cartilage under general anesthesia; 2. Age >= 18 years and <= 60 years, regardless of gender; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) rated I-II; 4. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of long-term use of analgesics (such as opioids, acetaminophen, or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs); 2. History of abnormal coagulation; 3. Allergic to the proposed drug; 4. Skin infection at the puncture site of nerve block; 5. Those with language disorder and inability to complete the numeral rating scale (NRS).
