6 Years to 12 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children with lower extremity femur surgery; 2. Children aged 6-12 years; 3. ASA grade I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with coagulation dysfunction; 2. Children with neurological deficits; 3. Children with infection at the puncture site; 4. Children with local anaesthetic allergy; 5. Children with other nerve blocks; 6. Children who refused to participate in the study; 7. Children complicated with serious heart disease, lung disease; 8. The operation duration is more than 3 hours.
