Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Thyroid function or radionuclide scanning proved to be autonomic nodules; 2. Puncture results were benign; 3. There were no malignant signs (such as unclear boundary, irregular shape, aspect ratio greater than 1 and microcalcification) in the ultrasound images of the nodules; 4. Refusal of surgery or intolerance to surgery or radioactive iodine therapy; 5. No history of thyroid surgery or cervical radiotherapy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The result of puncture was follicular tumor; 2. The patient had abnormal vocal cord function; 3. Severe coagulation disorder, respiratory failure, myocardial infarction, systemic infection or uncontrolled diabetes; 4. Thyrotoxicosis or the risk of thyrotoxicosis.
