Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with stroke who met the Diagnostic criteria for Various cerebrovascular diseases (1995) and were confirmed by head CT or MRI; 2. Course of the disease:2 weeks~6 months, in a stable condition, clear consciousness, sustained attention 15 min or more; 3. Assessed the simple mental state check table (MMSE), there are different degrees of cognitive impairment; 4. Hamilton depression, anxiety scale assessment, without mental problems such as depression, anxiety; 5. Cultural degree: primary school and elementary school.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with consciousness impairment, visual or hearing impairment, aphasia, attention maintenance time <15min and other factors that affect the cognitive function evaluation; 2. Those who have tDCS contraindications: treatment area is with metal parts to skull decompression for patients with implanted devices, not for bone repair surgery patients, pregnant women and children, malignant tumor, etc; 3. Those who have MRI contraindications, such as: a cardiac pacemaker, aneurysm clip (except for titanium alloy), metal components, patients with severe patients with high fever, etc.; 4. Before the onset of mental decline, dementia; 5. Long-term influence mental symptoms, reduce the cognitive function of drugs.
