Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients who conform to the diagnostic criteria of chronic lung diseases, including but not limited to COPD, bronchial asthma, bronchiectasis, pneumoconiosis, interstitial lung disease and so on; 2. Chronic lung diseases are in a stable period of disease at present; 3. Lung function test showed ventilation or diffusion function decreased; 4. The patient should accept the investigation and sign the informed consent form voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients complicated with pneumothorax, moderate/severe pulmonary hypertension, who are not suitable for lung function test; 2. The patients complicated with severe language, hearing impairment and mental disorders who cannot correctly understand and cooperate to complete the questionnaire.
