Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The first onset was diagnosed as stroke when enrolled, and the focus was located under the cortex of the blood supply area of unilateral middle cerebral artery; 2. Age: 35-80 years; 3. The course of disease ranged from 2 weeks to 3 months; 4. Fugl Meyer score of upper limb was less than 60; 5. Good cognitive function, able to cooperate with examination and treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Recurrent stroke and other brain diseases; 2. Drug dependence or mental illness; 3. Contraindications of MRI or transcranial magnetic stimulation (such as cardiac pacemaker, intracranial implant, implanted drug pump, history of epilepsy); 4. Pregnant women.
