Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy body, no bad living habits, usually did not participate in taijiquan or other systematic training; 2. They were willing to participate in the study and sign the letter of informed sympathy, and had good compliance with the experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have been practicing regular martial arts taijiquan training or intensive exercise for a long time; 2. People with contraindicated cardiovascular diseases, motor system diseases, and physical disabilities; 3. Have serious mental illness.
