Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old; 2. The selected patients and their family members agreed to participate in the study and treatment plan, and the patients agreed to sign an informed agreement; 3. All patients who received continuous VA-ECMO/ECPR supportive treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The initial lung ultrasound score on admission was less than 16 points 2. Pulmonary embolism, end-stage lung disease, interstitial lung; 3. Those who give up treatment in the middle; 4. Those who have irreversible heart and lung diseases, complicated with advanced tumors, severe intracranial hemorrhage, and irreversible central nervous system damage; 5. Recent chest, maxillofacial, and spine surgery; 6. Pregnant women.
