Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. One to 6 years old boy, with severe hypospadias, and associated with chordee and penile hypoplasia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Primary gonadal hypoplasia, DSD, 5a-reductase deficiency, or other external genitalia anomalies.
