30 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age is 30-65 years old, and the gender is unlimited. 2. According to the consensus opinion on the diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory bowel disease published in 2018. the patients wered diagnosed as IBD and at active stage. 3. According to the staging criteria of periodontitis in the new international classification of periodontal diseases and peri implant diseases in 2018, the patients were diagnosed as periodontitis and classified as stage III/?. 4. Patients who agree to participate in the clinical trial and sign the informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who had history of periodontal treatment within six months; 2. Patients with a history of IBD surgery; 3. Pregnant or nursing women; 4. Patients with acute infection, cardiopulmonary dysfunction, hemorrhagic disease and malignant tumor; 5. Patients who had history of antibiotics in at least one month; 6. Other conditions considered inappropriate for inclusion by the investigator.
