Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. AMD patients: (1) Age >=50 years old; (2) Naive neovascular AMD confirmed by FFA and OCT examinations; (3) Signed informed consent, and follow-up observers. 2. DME patients: (1) Type 1 or 2 diabetes patients, and all were diagnosed as severe diabetic macular edema; (2) Complete examination and medical history data of patients can be collected; (3) Signed informed consent, and follow-up observers. 3. Pathological myopia patients: (1) Aged >=18 years old; (2) Diopter >=-6.00DS, or ocular axis >=26.5mm; diagnosed as myopia atrophic macular degeneration; (3) Signed informed consent, and follow-up observers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. AMD patients: (1) The study eye has uncontrollable glaucoma; (2) Inflammation or infection in or around the eye (such as keratitis); (3) The refractive medium of the study eye is severely turbid; (4) Hereditary bleeding tendency or coagulation dysfunction; (5) Taken ?-3 dietary supplements within 3 months. 2. DME patients: (1) With a history of glaucoma and severe hypertension; (2) Combined with retinal vein occlusion, uveitis, optic nerve disease and other ocular fundus diseases; (3) Taken Omega-3 dietary supplements within 3 months. 3. Pathological myopia patients: (1) History of previous eye trauma or internal eye surgery (except cataract surgery); (2) Patients who do not cooperate with the examination can not obtain the required imaging data and related medical records; (3) Suffered with obvious mental disorders, communication or learning disabilities; (4) Taken Omega-3 dietary supplements within 3 months.
