Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-75 years old, male or female; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for stage 5 chronic kidney disease: evidence of kidney injury for more than 3 months, eGFR =3 kinds of antihypertensive drugs (including diuretics, calcium channel blockers, B receptor blockers and a receptor blockers) should be rationally used for treatment, but blood pressure control is still not up to standard (>= 140/90 mmHg, >= 130/80 mmHg for patients with diabetes or kidney disease).?Or the use of four types of blood pressure medications to control high blood pressure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Symptomatic hypotension (systolic BP 5.5mmol/L; 5. Those who have previously received ACEI or ARB intolerance; 6. Cirrhosis or severe liver damage (Child-Pugh grade C); 7. Patients with other serious systemic diseases, such as malignant tumors; 8. Missing important information.
