65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hip surgery patients aged >= 65 years; 2. Fried Frailty Screening Scale score of 3 or above, and Clinical Frailty Scale (CFS) grade 5 or above; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification II-IV; 4. The patients were tested voluntarily and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction; 2. History of mental illness or long-term psychotropic drugs (dementia, schizophrenia), history of chronic analgesic drug use, history of alcoholism; 3. Preoperative Mini-Mental State Examination Scale (MMSE) <21 points, diagnosed with moderate to severe cognitive impairment; 4. Any cerebrovascular accident, such as stroke, transient ischemic attack (TIA), etc., occurred within 3 months; 5. Patients with severe infections; 6. Preoperative PaO2<60mmHg or SpO2<90%; 7. Participated in another clinical study of drugs within the past 30 days; 8. Language communication barriers, unable to complete the cognitive function test; 9. Those who are allergic to test drugs or have contraindications to fascia iliaca block.
