Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children between 5-12 years of age; 2. ASA I-II; 3. Those with a treatment plan including cartilage harvest from three ribs (the 6th, 7th, and 8th) for auricular reconstruction.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Long-term use of painkillers; 2. An allergy to local analgesics or morphine; 3. Inability to express pain scores because of comorbidities such as mental retardation.
