Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: a history of GDM, be = 18 yrs, be least 6 weeks but within 3 yr postpartum, intend to live in the research county for at least 2 yrs, have smartphone access, and be able to speak Chinese.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: plan to be pregnant in the next 2 yrs, currently pregnant, have been diagnosed with T2DM, take medications that influence glucose metabolism, physical or cognitive disability, a substance abuser, a severe psychiatric disorder, or have ever participated in a lifestyle intervention.
