18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age 18-45 years old; 2 NOA patients with Klinefelter syndrome, mumps orchitis, deletion of Y chromosome c region, history of cryptorchidism; 3 Voluntary participation in this clinical study, subjects signed a written informed consent before the start of the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Hypogonadotropic hypogonadism; 2 Azoospermia caused by vas deferens obstruction factors, such as epididymal obstruction caused by epididymitis, congenital absence of vas deferens, ejaculatory duct obstruction; 3 With urogenital infection; 4 Received AI, hCG, hMG, estrogen receptor antagonists and other drugs that affect the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis within 4 weeks; 5 Inoperable due to various reasons, such as coagulation dysfunction; 6 There are systemic diseases, such as hypertension, diabetes, liver insufficiency, etc.
