18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years and <= 80 years; 2.ASA: I - III grade; 3.Scheduled to undergo lumbar spine surgery(L4-S1 segements).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to sign the informed consent form of this study; 2. Communication barriers; 3. Chronic opioid use (regular use of opioids for more than 3 months or oral administration of morphine of more than 5mg per day for 1 month); 4. Receiving anticoagulant treatment or coagulation dysfunction; 5. Site infection; 6. Local anesthetic allergy; 7. Renal failure; 8. Lumbar revision surgery.
