Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Junior residents currently in the standardized training/professional master stage; 2. They are 20-35 years old; 3. The subjects voluntarily cooperated with the study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous experience of knee arthroscopy in or out of the operating room; 2. Past use of mindfulness meditation or other relevant psycho-psychological interventions; 3. Inflammation-related diseases, such as pain, fever and trauma, have been present in the past 1 month.
