Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The first occurrence of ischemic stroke is confirmed by CT or MRI examination of the skull; 2. The main manifestation was the limb dysfunction of the affected side. The Brunstrom stage of the upper limb belonged to stage I and stage III; 3. The onset is within 3 months; 4. 30-75 years old, male or female; 5. Sign the informed consent form voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with unstable vital signs; 2. Have a history of dementia, depression and Parkinson's disease; 3. People with central nervous system complications: hemianopia, agnosia, apraxia, vertigo, numbness of lower limbs; 4. Suffering from diseases of peripheral nervous system of lower limbs; 5. Failing to cooperate or follow the instructions of the practitioner.
