20 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary group 1) 20 years = age = 75 years; 2) Antibiotics and immunosuppressants were not used within 2 weeks; 3) No sexual intercourse and vaginal lavage within 72 hours; 4) It was diagnosed as primary ovarian cancer by pathology. 2. Recurrence group 1) 20 years = age = 75 years; 2) Antibiotics and immunosuppressants were not used within 2 weeks; 3) No sexual intercourse and vaginal lavage within 72 hours; 4) The clinical diagnosis was recurrent ovarian cancer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy or lactation; 2. Chemotherapy or surgery 1 week before sampling; 3. Have pelvic inflammation, vaginitis, cervicitis; 4. If the condition is serious, gynecological examination should not be performed.
