Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. There is wound in the body; 2. Those aged 18 or above; 3. Informed consent and voluntary participation in the study; 4. Those who can be followed up for 3 months or more.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with blood diseases (such as platelet dysfunction, thrombocytopenic purpura, severe anemia, aplastic anemia, acute and chronic leukemia); 2. Patients who used immunosuppressants or glucocorticoids in recent 3 months; 3. Patients with critical condition and unstable vital signs.
