experimental group:1ml saline q8h intramuscular injection for 7 days
Control group:1 ml papaverine hydrochloride injection ( 30 mg / mL ) intramuscularly for 7 days

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Various types of single finger disconnection (including complete disconnection and incomplete disconnection); 2. Replantation was performed within 6 hours after amputation and successful during operation; 3. Adult patients, = 18 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. People with anxiety, depression and other mental diseases; 2. Most of the fingers are severed; 3. Spasm of proper digital artery during replantation; 4. The severed finger is polluted by toxic chemical reagents; 5. Perioperative use of vasodilator and antispasmodic drugs such as alprostadil.
