Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Inclusion criteria for clinically high-risk groups of psychiatric disorders: 1) 16-40 years old, junior high school education and above; 2) Right-handed, normal vision and hearing, no previous visual and auditory system diseases; 3) In line with the diagnostic criteria of the psychosis risk syndrome in the psychiatric risk syndrome interview; 4) Not treated with antipsychotic drugs. 2.Inclusion criteria for first episode schizophrenia: 1) 16-40 years old, junior high school education and above; 2) Right-handed, normal vision and hearing, no previous visual and auditory system diseases; 3) Meet the diagnostic criteria of DSM-V schizophrenia; 4) First attack, course of disease =2 years; 5) Without systematic antipsychotic medication (continuous regular medication = 1 month or irregular medication = 3 months) 3.Inclusion criteria for normal control group: 1) 16-40 years old, junior high school education and above; 2) Right-handed, normal vision and hearing, no previous visual and auditory system diseases; 3) The use of MINI assessment does not meet any diagnostic criteria for mental disorders.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for clinical high-risk groups of psychosis: 1) Now or in the past, he has been diagnosed as schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, delusional disorder, bipolar disorder or depressive disorder, delirium, dementia or other cognitive disorders, mental development disorder (IQ < 70), physical disease or mental disorders caused by psychoactive substances; 2) History of severe or unstable nervous system and other somatic diseases clearly diagnosed; 3) Excitement, impulse, non cooperation and researchers think that subjects may commit suicide or violence during the research process; 4) Those who have received electric convulsion treatment or electromagnetic stimulation treatment within six months; 5) History of alcohol and drug abuse or dependence; 6) Pregnant or lactating women and women who are pregnant and clearly indicate pregnancy preparation during follow-up; 7) Participated in other scientific research and treatment in recent 2 months; 2. Exclusion criteria for the first episode of schizophrenia: 1) Now or in the past has been diagnosed as schizoaffective disorder, delusional disorder, bipolar disorder or depressive disorder, delirium, dementia Stupid or other cognitive disorders, intellectual development disorders (IQ < 70), physical diseases or mental disorders caused by psychoactive substances; 2) History of severe or unstable nervous system and other somatic diseases clearly diagnosed; 3) Excitement, impulse, non cooperation and researchers think that subjects may commit suicide or violence during the research process; 4) Those who have received electric convulsion treatment or electromagnetic stimulation treatment within six months; 5) History of alcohol and drug abuse or dependence; 6) Pregnant or lactating women and women who are pregnant and clearly indicate pregnancy preparation during follow-up; 7) Participated in other scientific research and treatment in recent 2 months; 3. Exclusion criteria for normal control group: 1) Previous history of mental illness, family history and mental retardation (IQ<70); 2) A clear diagnosis of severe or unstable nervous system and other chronic somatic diseases; 3) History of alcohol and drug abuse or dependence; 4) He has participated in other scientific research and treatment in recent 2 months.
