Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Conform to the alcohol use disorder diagnosis in the fifth edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-V) of the American Psychiatric Association; 2. Male patients; 3. Aged 18-70 years; 4. The proposed or ongoing management of alcohol partition system; 5. Understand the test and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Accompanied with serious nervous system or mental disease caused by other diseases except alcohol dependence (including brain tissue damage caused by brain trauma); 2. Excluding the use of other psychoactive substances other than alcohol, including traditional drugs and new psychoactive substances; Daily smoking>30 cigarettes; 3. Patients with severe heart, liver, spleen, lung or kidney diseases; 4. Persons with syphilis or AIDS; 5. Those with severe digestive system diseases and severe malnutrition; 6. Patients with serious primary diseases of hematopoietic system; 7. Patients with abnormal coagulation function; 8. Those with inflammation, scar or trauma at the operation site, or those with severe systemic infection; 9. Those who have cognitive dysfunction, cannot cooperate or are receiving other treatments that may affect the evaluation of the efficacy of this intervention; 10. He has received acupuncture treatment in the past six months.
