Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Non first stroke or right hemisphere stroke; 2. Language disorder is caused by other neurodegenerative diseases, such as dementia, Parkinson's disease, motor neuron disease, etc; 3. Have visual or auditory impairment, which will affect language performance and evaluation of language function; 4. There are contraindications to MRI/TMS, such as body built-in metal, cardiac pacemaker, etc. Inspectors who cannot cooperate fully; 5. Epilepsy and other serious physical diseases, such as brain infectious diseases, brain tumors, cerebral arteriosclerosis, brain surgery, traumatic brain disease history and other neurodegenerative diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic constitution, severe liver and kidney dysfunction and coagulation dysfunction; 2. Have other severe organ dysfunction and mental illness; 3. Sleep disorder and poor quality of life; 4. Injection site infection and obesity (BMI > 30kg/m2); 5. Thromboembolism disease and hematopoietic system disease; 6. No extubation 2 hours after operation; 7. Turn to chest opening.
