Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient is 20-80 years old, has been in a stable condition for 1-6 months, has received a certain degree of cultural education, and his mother tongue was Chinese before he fell ill. He was judged to be right handed according to the criteria for handedness in the Department of Neurology of the First Hospital of Beijing Medical University; 2. The first stroke, confirmed by CT or MRI, is located in the left hemisphere, including cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage; 3. The diagnosis of non fluent aphasia is based on WAB standard: Aphasia quotient (AQ)<93.8, and language fluency test is 0-4; 4. No history of epilepsy, serious heart disease or other serious physical diseases; 5. No contraindication of TMS and MRI, such as metal objects and pacemaker implantation; 6. The guardian signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Non first stroke or right hemisphere stroke; 2. Language disorder is caused by other neurodegenerative diseases, such as dementia, Parkinson's disease, motor neuron disease, etc; 3. Have visual or auditory impairment, which will affect language performance and evaluation of language function; 4. There are contraindications to MRI/TMS, such as body built-in metal, cardiac pacemaker, etc. Inspectors who cannot cooperate fully; 5. Epilepsy and other serious physical diseases, such as brain infectious diseases, brain tumors, cerebral arteriosclerosis, brain surgery, traumatic brain disease history and other neurodegenerative diseases.
