Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. From June 2020 to June 2021, 70 patients were selected for elective thoracoscopic pulmonary wedge resection; 2. Sex unlimited, age 30~75; 3.BMI18~25 kg/m2; 4. ASA Class I-III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Blocking site infection; 2. Coagulation dysfunction; 3. Allergy history of local anesthetics; 4. Severe dysfunction of heart, lung, liver and kidney; 5. Patients who have taken anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs for a long time in recent 3 months.
