Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Undergoing general anesthesia and intraoperative use of opioids; 2.ASA grade ?-?; 3.Age>18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Emergency surgery; 2.Cardiac surgery or neurosurgery; 3.Taking analgesics regularly for more than 3 months or taking opioids within 12 hours before surgery; 4.Unable to understand or cooperate with the completion of relevant scales; 5.History of drinking, drug abuse and mental diseases; 6.Right upper extremity with motor/sensory disorder and undergoing right upper extremity surgery; 7.Refusing to sign informed consent or participate in other clinical trials at the same time.
