Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: patients over 18 years old with non-valvular atrial fibrillation (any type); 2. CHA2DS2-VASc=3HAS-BLED=3 3. No stroke or non-acute stroke; 4. When evaluating the type of patients with stroke history, consider cardiogenic stroke or (STAF score = 5, lads score = 4); 5. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Any of the following in the operation group will be excluded from the study: 1) Malignant tumor, life expectancy less than 1 year; 2) It was clear that there were severe carotid atherosclerosis, intracranial vascular stenosis and criminal vascular imaging signs; 3) Combined with other cardiac surgery requiring thoracotomy; 4) There is patent foramen ovale; 5) There are active aortic plaques (including ascending aorta, aortic arch and thoracic segment of descending aorta); 6) Patients with poor lung function and unable to tolerate surgery; 7) Patients who have no intention of follow-up or cannot cooperate to complete follow-up; 8) Intracardiac thrombus; 9) Pregnant or lactating women; 10) A history of lung surgery or heart surgery causes pericardial or thoracic adhesions; 2. Any of the following in the non-surgical group will be excluded from the study: 1) Malignant tumor, life expectancy less than 1 year; 2) It was clear that there were severe carotid atherosclerosis, intracranial vascular stenosis and criminal vascular imaging signs; 3) There is patent foramen ovale; 4) There are active aortic plaques (including ascending aorta, aortic arch and thoracic segment of descending aorta); 5) Intracardiac thrombus; 6) Patients who have no intention of follow-up or cannot cooperate to complete follow-up; 7) Pregnant or lactating women.
