Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Undergraduate nursing students over the age of 18; 2. Can independently cooperate to complete various scale evaluations; 3. Have mobile communication equipment such as mobile phone or tablet; 4. Mobile equipment can access the Internet at any time; 5. Have informed consent throughout the process and signed the electronic informed consent form as required by the Ethics Committee.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suspension, suspension or withdrawal of scholars during the study period; 2. Patients with serious heart, brain, lung, kidney, liver and other medical diseases or tumors; 3. Personnel who cannot cooperate with the investigation and intervention;
