Administer 5000 IU/kg of Ulastatin before skin cutting, followed by 1000 IU/kg/h until the end of the surgery.
control group:4% succinylated gelatin injection with the same volume as albumin and an equal amount of physiological saline solution as ulinastatin was used as a control at the same time.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with informed consent form signed; 2. Age range of 45-75 years old, BMI 18.5~35; 3. Patients undergoing Off Pump CABG surgery under general anesthesia; 4. Preoperative plasma albumin >= 30g/L; 5. ASA classification II-III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have experienced severe pulmonary or systemic infections in the past 2 weeks; 2. Patients with renal insufficiency; 3. Patients with severe diabetes; 4. Patients who have experienced myocardial infarction in the past 2 weeks; 5. History of heart failure in the past 2 weeks; 6. Patient with thrombotic disease in the past 2 weeks; 7. Patients who require extracorporeal circulation assistance during surgery or IABP assistance during the perioperative period; 8. Tobacco and alcohol abusers.
