Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Intermediate-advanced intrahepatic cholangiocytic cells diagnosed by clinical or imaging or pathological diagnosis; 2. The primary and metastatic lesions cannot be surgically removed by surgery; 3. Child-Pugh classification of liver function is A, B; 4. The main portal vein is not completely blocked, or although the main portal vein is completely blocked, there are many compensatory collateral vessels in the hepatic portal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Child-Pugh classification of liver function is C; 2. The coagulation function is severely decreased and cannot be corrected; 3. The main portal vein is completely blocked by tumor thrombus, with few collateral vessels or portal hypertension with reverse blood flow; 4. Co-infections, such as liver abscesses, cannot be treated at the same time; The tumor has widespread metastases throughout the body, and the estimated patient survival time is less than 3 months.
