Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the criteria for confirmed cases of the Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia Diagnosis and Treatment Protocol (Trial Eighth Edition); 2. Aged >=18 years; 3. The clinical types admitted to hospital were asymptomatic infected, mild and common; 4. Belong to heavy type/critical high-risk groups, namely accord with heavy/critical diagnostic criteria in any one type of high-risk groups; 5. Take medication within 14 days of admission; 6. Duration of medication >=5 days.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Before taking Fuzheng Jiedu granules in the exposed group, there had been severe/critical type in clinical classification; 2. The clinical classification of Fuzheng Jiedu granules in the exposed group was severe/critical type; 3. Patients with serious lack of medical records, including important information such as clinical classification, age, underlying diseases and clinical outcomes.
