Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. National athletes; 2. Aged 18-25 years; 3. Body Mass index (BMI) : 18.5-23.9 kg/m^2; 4. No serious disease; 5. Agree and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cardiovascular, liver, kidney, respiratory diseases and any chronic diseases; 2. Infection/inflammation; 3. Oat allergy or intolerance; 4. Participate in other nutrition studies; 5. Have the habit of supplementing dietary fiber or other dietary supplements; 6. Drugs that may have influenced the results of the study.
