Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for patients with hemiplegia after stroke: (1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for stroke formulated by the Fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases; (2) Cerebral stroke confirmed by CT or MRI; (3) Stroke leads to unilateral lower limb dysfunction; (4) Brunnstrom stages 3-5; (5) Mini-mental State Examination (MMSE), 24>=MMSE>=10; (6) Functional ambulation category (FAC), level 4 >=FAC>=3; (7) Voluntary signing of informed consent. 2. Inclusion criteria for healthy elderly people (1) Aged 60-70 years; (2) Sound limbs without motor dysfunction; (3) MMSE>=24 scores; (4) Voluntary signing of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hemiplegia after stroke: (1) Existing diseases affecting walking ability, such as lower limb fracture history, lower limb symptoms after lumbar disc herniation, lower limb pain, lower limb deformity, etc.; (2) The condition was unstable or changed during the experiment, affecting the experimental results; (3) Patients with serious diseases of heart, lung, liver and kidney and other important organs cannot complete the experiment; (4) Unable to cooperate with the completion of the experiment, have serious cognitive dysfunction or aphasia; (5) Suffering from serious mental disorder. 2. Healthy elderly: (1) Patients with previous brain-related diseases affecting cognitive function; (2) Existing diseases affecting walking ability, such as lower limb fracture history, brain injury history, lower limb symptoms after lumbar disc herniation, lower limb pain, etc.; (3) Sudden disease occurred during the experiment, affecting the experimental results; (4) Unable to cooperate to complete the experiment; (5) Suffering from serious mental disorder; (6) Taking medications that affect cognitive function.
