Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia in West China Hospital of Sichuan University; 2. Aged between 18 and 65 years; 3. ASA I- III; 4. Agree to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who cannot cooperate with the study for any reason or are considered unsuitable for inclusion in the study by the researchers; 2. Patients with possible difficult airway (cervical spine mobility limitation, mouth opening 26kg/m^2, Mallampati ? or ?, etc.); 3. There is contraindication of superior laryngeal nerve block; 4. Unstable mental state; 5. A history of allergy to anesthetics; 6. Have learning difficulties or intellectual disabilities; 7. Other factors that should not be included in the study (such as laryngeal cancer surgery, laryngeal radiotherapy, coronary heart disease patients, asthma patients, etc.); 8. Have learning difficulties or intellectual disabilities.
