Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult CKD patients aged 18-65 years with eGFR >30ml/min/1.73m^2 and serum potassium SBP>140mmHg and/or 110mmHg>DBP>90mmHg; 4. Patients who have been treated with stable antihypertensive therapy for more than 4 weeks and whose antihypertensive regimen does not include angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (ACEI)/ angiotensin-II receptor antagonists (ARB) and whose in-office blood pressure is still 160mmHg>SBP>140mmHg and/or 100mmHg>DBP>90mmHg; 5. The patient was not pregnant or breastfeeding.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary hypertension, such as renal vascular disease and secretory hypertension; 2. Persistent atrial fibrillation or flutter; 3. History of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, such as acute myocardial infarction, heart failure, malignant arrhythmia, stroke, etc., within 6 months; 4. Known allergy to any component of valsartan or shakubaqu; 5. Those who cannot tolerate ambulatory blood pressure monitoring.
