Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years; 2. Patients with chronic disorders of consciousness: CRS-R diagnosis; 3. When the patient's family members signed the informed consent and entered the screening period, the course of the disease was greater than or equal to 3 months; 4. The patient's family is willing and able to cooperate with the scheduled visit, treatment plan and laboratory testing, and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Hba1c >9.0% at screening; 2. Seizures within a month; 3. Systolic blood pressure of less than 90mmHg or/and diastolic blood pressure of less than 50mmHg; 4. History of islet tumor or/and pheochromocytoma; 5. Patients with severe liver, kidney or cardiovascular diseases; 6. Patients who have participated in other drug clinical trials within 3 months; 7. A history of allergy to glucagon or insulin-like products, or a history of apparent allergy to other ingredients in the study preparation; 8. History of glycogen accumulation; 9. Used growth hormone therapy in the past one year; 10. Other reasons considered by the researcher to be excluded.
