Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient aged >=18 years; 2. Colonoscopy revealed polypoid lesions, which were pathologically suggestive of colorectal adenoma or low/high grade intraepithelial neoplasia; 3. Plan to receive endoscopic treatment in our hospital; 4. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiopulmonary diseases, such as myocardial infarction and severe heart failure; 2. Coagulation dysfunction; 3. Mental abnormality can not cooperate with the examination; 4. Other contraindications of endoscopic examination; 5. History of taking antibiotics within the past two weeks.
