Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Observation group: (1) Aged 12-18 years, normal cognition and communication; (2) Body mass index (BMI) between 17 and 23.9; (3) X-ray measurements of Cobb Angle > 10 degree, the diagnosis of scoliosis; (4) Informed consent of patients or family members. 2. Inclusion criteria of the control group: (1) In the control group, 20 subjects were healthy interns in the author's unit, and no abnormalities were detected by Adams; (2) Body mass index (BMI) between 17 and 23.9; (3) Subject's informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for observation group: (1) Have previously received any skeletal or neurological surgery; (2) Abnormal back muscle tone; (3) History of alcohol allergy. 2. Exclusion criteria for control group: (1) Diseases of the nervous, musculoskeletal system; (2) Chronic pain (neck pain, lower back pain, etc.); (3) Subjects with skin ulceration or allergies around the spine.
