Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Received inpatient and escort in the general surgery department of a Grade III Class A hospital in Hangzhou for the first time; 2. Aged >=18 years; 3. Patients and their companions can communicate with each other in normal language.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Failure to sign informed consent; 2. Patients discharged from hospital after termination of treatment and their companions.
