Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy volunteers who were diagnosed with coronary atherosclerosis and cardiac insufficiency; 2. Aged 18-80 years; 3. Can tolerate venous blood collection; 4. Imaging tests were consistent with cerebrovascular disease, coronary heart disease or cardiac insufficiency; 5. Informed consent of the patient.
