Interventions

Propofol group (group P):Only propofol was used for anesthesia maintenance except remifentanil and cisatracurium besylate
Propofol and sevoflurane group (PS group):In addition to remifentanil and cisatracurium, propofol and sevoflurane were used for anesthesia maintenance
Propofol, sevoflurane and dexmedetomidine group (PSD group):Propofol, sevoflurane and dexmedetomidine were used for anesthesia maintenance except remifentanil and cisatracurium besylate

65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 65-80 years; 2. No history of chemoradiotherapy; 3. ASA grade I-III; 4. Patients with pulmonary operation requiring single lung ventilation during the operation. The control group only had to meet the first three inclusion criteria, and the experimental group had to meet all inclusion criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease and myasthenia gravis; 2. Patients with communication difficulties due to coma, severe dementia, language disorder, or unable to cooperate due to other diseases; 3. Patients with craniocerebral trauma or other craniocerebral diseases.
