Group 1:Intravenous dexamethasone 5mg combined with iliac fascia block (0.375% ropivacaine 30ml)
Group 2:Iliac fascia block was performed (0.375% ropivacaine 30ml+ dexamethasone 5mg)

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-80 years who underwent hip surgery in our hospital; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade ?-?; 3. Have a certain understanding ability and cooperate with the anesthesia process; 4. Be informed of this study, participate voluntarily and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Surgery on both hips; 2. The patient is expected to be unable to tolerate general anesthesia; 3. Regular use of opioids or corticosteroids; 4. Dexamethasone contraindication; 5. Patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy; 6. History of allergies to any medications in the study.
