Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Han nationality, aged between 19 and 24, no gender limit; 2. Patients who cannot sleep at night due to work needs (sleep time =26; 4. Body Mass Index (BMI) was normal (18.5<=BMI < 25); 5. No addiction to tobacco, alcohol or other substance abuse, no habit of drinking tea, coffee and other drinks; 6. Understand the whole research content, voluntarily participate in the experiment and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any form of sleep-wake disorder, including primary insomnia; Neurological sleep disorders associated with psychiatric disorders, such as depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, substance dependence, Parkinson's disease and other neurological and psychiatric disorders; Abnormal sleep-wake rhythm and absolute morning (Morningness eveningness ingness questionnaire (MEQ) >=70) or absolute evening (MEQ<=46); Others such as sleep-related movement disorders (restless leg syndrome, etc.), sleep disordered breathing (sleep apnea, etc.) and abnormal sleep hygiene, etc.; 2. Other neuropsychiatric diseases; 3. Any physical disease where sleep deprivation contraindicates, Including digestive diseases (such as gastroesophageal reflux disease, peptic ulcer, inflammatory bowel disease, functional gastrointestinal disease, chronic constipation or diarrhea, liver disease, digestive system tumors, etc.), cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, endocrine and metabolic diseases, other chronic inflammatory diseases (such as rheumatoid arthritis) and bacterial, fungal or viral infections in any part of the body, etc.; 4. Those who refuse to accept overnight sleep EEG monitoring and venous blood collection; 5. Subjects with low degree of cooperation during the experiment; 6. Pregnancy, lactation, or menstruation.
