Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. CD patients who received ileocolectomy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-Sen University or the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University in Guangzhou, China from January 2013 to December 2020. 2. Diagnosis based on clinical symptoms, back colonoscopy, histopathology and radiological evidence. 3. The initial endoscopy performed after surgery revealed anastomotic ulcers ±<5 Avthar ulcers at the new terminal ileum (i2a of modified Rutgeerts score [MRS]). 4. Available data of complete blood count within one week before and after initial endoscopy. 5. Follow up for at least 3 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with postoperative infection, re-operation within 3 months after surgery, or other autoimmune diseases.
