Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years, gender unlimited; 2. According to the diagnosis and treatment guidelines for non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, the diagnostic criteria for non-alcoholic simple fatty liver disease were met, and the patient's compliance was good.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a long history of alcohol consumption, suffer from clinically diagnosed viral hepatitis, autoimmune liver disease, cirrhosis, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and other serious chronic diseases, liver and kidney insufficiency; 2. Had acute or chronic infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases, malignant tumors, trauma or surgery within one month before the test; 3. Currently taking or in the past 1 month has taken any drugs that affect fatty liver and body fat, such as liver protection, anti-inflammatory and enzyme reducing drugs, weight loss drugs, lipid-lowering drugs, etc.; 4. Used any phytochemicals such as curcumin, resveratrol, anthocyanins, grape seed extract and other dietary supplements within 3 months; 5. Pregnant and lactating patients.
