18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70, gender unlimited; 2. Consistent with the indications for posterior spinal surgery; 3. All patients had signed informed consent prior to inclusion, and were aware of and agreed to the study content; 4. Regular follow-up is acceptable for at least 1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with abnormal liver and kidney function; 2. Cefuroxime or vancomycin allergy; 3. Recent history of glucocorticoid use; 4. Complicated with local or systemic infectious diseases; 5. Patients with mental disorders, alcohol dependence and a history of drug abuse; 6. Patients who are breastfeeding or pregnant; 7. Patients with hearing abnormalities.
