Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a: Inclusion criteria for NPSLE patients 1.1. Age =18 years old 1.2. Patients diagnosed with SLE according to the international classification diagnostic criteria 1.3. Patients with NPSLE-related symptoms and head magnetic resonance examination. 1.4. An experienced rheumatologist comprehensively evaluates the patient's condition and diagnoses NPSLE, and the diagnosis conforms to the 1999 American College of Rheumatology (ACR) NPSLE classification criteria. 1.5. Those who need blood collection for clinical diagnosis and treatment during the treatment period. b: Non-NPSLE Inclusion Criteria 2.1.Age = 18 years old; 2.2.Patients diagnosed with SLE according to the International Classification of Diagnostic Criteria. 2.3.Patients with suspected NPSLE symptoms and head magnetic resonance examination. 2.4.An experienced rheumatologist cannot diagnose NPSLE after comprehensive evaluation of the patient's condition. 2.5.Blood sampling is required for clinical diagnosis and treatment during the visit.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe cervical spondylosis, mental disease, malignant tumor brain metastases, etc. may have neuropsychiatric manifestations similar to NPSLE, but it is difficult to identify them.
