Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: 18-65 years, male and female, diagnostic criteria refers to the ECRS scoring system established by Tokunaga et al.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? patients with mental illness.? patients with acute episode phase of asthma.? patients have acute infection and fever recently. ?patients who had never been subjected to drug or allergen testing.? patients with severe diseases such as the heart and lung system and cannot tolerate surgery. ? patients who do not accept the relevant risks and complications caused by surgery, and they do not agree to sign the surgical informed consent.? patients with a history of nasal nerve blocking surgery.?Patients with nasal tumors were excluded by preoperative nasal endoscopy and sinus CT.
